The Wings of Love Animal Rescue, Inc. (WOLOR.org) is dedicated to placing unwanted or abandoned small dogs in their “forever homes”. We believe that man’s best friend should be loved; receive optimum veterinary care and nutrition; and ultimately live in a family home environment. Wings of Love Animal Rescue, Inc. develops and promotes programs to educate the public with the ethics of kindness and compassion for all animals. Because we have a strong desire to end animal abuse and neglect by our society now and in the future, many of our educational outreach initiatives are specifically created with the intent of educating children. We coordinate our efforts with public, civic, animal networks, and governmental entities to aid and assist us in finding “forever homes” for all dogs that come into the Wings of Love Animal Rescue or become part of our relocation network. The Wings of Love Animal Rescue encourage all pet owners to spay or neuter their pets. We accept all dogs of any age under 25 pounds from the residence of Huntington, NY. Because of public health and safety issues, Wings of Love Animal Rescue reserves the right to refuse any dog that has demonstrated highly aggressive tendencies or has bitten any individual.
